How to delete your account
Users of the Parallel app can request account deletion using one of the following methods:
Option 1: From within the app
If the option is available in the app:
Open the Parallel app
Go to Settings
Select Delete Account
Confirm the deletion request
Option 2: Via this page
You may request account deletion by submitting a request through this page or by contacting us directly at the email address below.
Please include the email address or identifier associated with your Parallel account.
What data will be deleted
Once your request is processed, the following data will be permanently deleted:
User account information
Email address and profile data
App-related usage data associated with your account
Data retention
Some data may be retained for a limited period if required to comply with legal, regulatory, or security obligations.
All remaining personal data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe after verification of the request
